5.1 All transactions on the jilifun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilifun does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

11.2 jilifun's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jilifun does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilifun is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilifun's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 jilifun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilifun Platform shall first be referred to jilifun's customer support team for informal resolution. jilifun will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, jilifun's decisions regarding game outcomes, Account suspensions, and Bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error.
